Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake
Hello everybody! Today I'm posting the recipe of one of my most favorite videos. We made this video while traveling, it's pretty obvious that it's shot in a balcony :P The amazing song is again by Teri Eger, it's because of this song that this video gets those calming tumblr-ish vibes. Now, moving on with the recipe, this mug cake is not only really quick and easy to make, but it's also super delicious. And, for all my vegetarian viewers; it's eggless!
Ingredients:
1/4th Cup Plain flour
1/4th Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4th Cup or 4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4th Cup Milk
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Method:
Add all the dry ingredients in a microwavable cup of your choice.
Mix it well.
Now add the wet ingredients and mix those as well.
When you're done with it, sprinkle some (a lot of) chocolate chips and mix them. If after that, you want chocolate chips on top also, then you can sprinkle them again(you can never have too many chocolate chips!)
Now microwave on high for 90 seconds, if after that, your cake is still a little moist, you can microwave it more. But personally, I like my mug cakes moist.
And now, you're done! It's that easy.
