Dal Pakwaan

Dal Pakwaan is a traditional Sindhi breakfast/snack. It is very delicious and convenient in preparation. You can use it as breakfast or for snacks for any occasion. Learn how to make this interesting recipe in the above video!


For Pakwan-
1 cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Cumin and Carom seeds
Salt to taste

For Dal-
1 cup Chana Dal (soaked in water for half an hour)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2-3 Red Chillies

For Garnishing-
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Onion Chopped
Green Chillies Chopped
