Ingredients :
Onion 4 to 5
Oil for frying
Boiling the Rice
Basmati Rice 4 cup
Salt 2 to 3 tablespoon
oil 1 tablespoon
Tej Patta 1
Shahi Jeera ( cumin seeds ) 1tablespoon
Cloves 3 to 4
Green cardamom 3 to 4
Making the Biryani
Desi ghee 3 to 4 tablespoon
Tej patta ( Bay leaves ) 2 to 3
Cumin Seed 1 tablespoon
Clove ( Lang )7 to 8
Black pepper corns 5 to 6
Cinnamon sticks 2 to 3
Black cardamom 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves and Mint leaves Handfull of
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Biryani masala 2 to 3 tablespoon
Smooth Curd or dahi 2 cups
Boiled eggs 15 to 16
Food color water ( few drops of color + 2 tablespoon water )
Kesar milk ( Few strands of kesar + 2 tablespoon warm milk )
Coriander and Mint leaves 2 tablespoon each
Kewra water 2 tablespoon
Desi ghee 2 tablespoon ( for pouring over biryani ) I forgot to mention in the editing part
dry fruit 2 tablespoon ( optional )
